The dental chart associates notes and treatments with a tooth and its surface. These screenshots show the test form on desktop and mobile.
The anatomical model is a generic reference: it is not a patient scan or clinical validation. An absence of records does not mean a tooth is healthy.
Current status
Our own solution, still being built.
This is a standard product in development. Clara is used as an example clinic, not a final product name or a client case study.
These test views use fictional data in memory. They do not demonstrate a completed migration or central storage ready for clinical use. In the demonstration, we review what is available and what remains in development.
